We usually ship the day after your order is placed, so you should take delivery in about a week.  Sorry, but due to the nature of these products, we cannot send orders via expedited overnight service.  Your order is shipped using a tracking number, so in the rare event it gets lost, we can find out where it went.

If you did not approve substitutions and we are out of stock (this is very rare) we will ship your order as soon as we have stock.

IN THE EVENT YOU HAVE NOT TAKEN DELIVERY WITHIN 10 DAYS, PLEASE LET US KNOW SO WE CAN FIND OUT WHAT HAPPENED!
