We usually ship the day after your order is placed, so you should take delivery in about a week. Sorry, but due to the nature of these products, we cannot send orders via expedited overnight service. Your order is shipped using a tracking number, so in the rare event it gets lost, we can find out where it went.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS CAN TAKE 10-30 DAYS TO BE DELIVERED!! These are shipped via INTERNATIONAL FIRST CLASS MAIL and there is no customer usable tracking number. The shipment can be traced by the post office if lost, but they do not give us access to that system.
If you did not approve substitutions and we are out of stock (this is very rare) we will ship your order as soon as we have stock.
IN THE EVENT YOU HAVE NOT TAKEN DELIVERY WITHIN 10 DAYS, PLEASE LET US KNOW VIA THE CONTACT LINK!! FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 30 DAYS FOR YOUR ORDER TO CLEAR CUSTOMS.
